An outstanding value from Margaret River, the Vinework Cabernet Sauvignon captures the elegance and structure for which the region is known. The 2020 vintage was one of the shortest and driest on record, producing small berries with concentrated flavour and plentiful tannins. This wine offers a vibrant mix of brambly fruit, herbal lift, and supple texture.

Nose: Rich layers of blueberry and cassis intertwined with herbal notes and hints of mint.

Palate: Generous blueberry and raspberry fruit framed by gentle spice. The medium to full-bodied palate is smooth yet structured, with fine tannins carrying through to a long, balanced finish.
