A monumental Reserve Chardonnay from Xanadu’s celebrated Lagan Vineyard, crafted to showcase purity, focus, and long-term cellaring potential. The winemaking approach blocks malolactic fermentation to preserve the vibrant acidity and clarity inherent to the Gingin clone, allowing the wine to evolve slowly over time.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale straw with crystalline brightness.

Nose: Intense aromas of grapefruit and white stone fruit, layered with subtle toasty and spiced notes.

Palate: Concentrated and pure, with a fine acid line driving the palate. Elegant waves of citrus and stone fruit flavours are underscored by a delicate oak influence. The finish is long, refined, and seamlessly textured.
