Tasting Notes

Appearance: Vivid, deep purple.

Nose: Overflowing with classic Cabernet aromas of cassis, blueberry, violets, and assorted berries. Subtle layers of raspberry, tobacco, pepper, roast beetroot, and nori add complexity.

Palate: Exceedingly elegant, refined, and poised. Intense dark fruit concentration is supported by fine yet persuasive tannins and refreshing acidity. Medium to full-bodied for a Reserve Cabernet—less a blockbuster, more a stylish, deeply concentrated expression.
