About This Wine

A vibrant and pure expression of the classic Margaret River white blend. Predominantly tank-fermented for freshness, with a small barrel-fermented component to add subtle texture and complexity. Crisp, fruit-driven, and effortlessly drinkable.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale straw with a slight green tinge.

Nose: Fresh passionfruit and citrus, with dried herbs and a hint of lemon sherbet. Subtle barrel fermentation adds complexity.

Palate: Zesty lemon and lime juice flavours combine with tropical fruit and a touch of spice. Medium-bodied, dry, and refreshing, with crisp acidity and a clean finish. The barrel-ferment component lends a delicate textural element without compromising purity.

Technical Details

• Fermentation: 85% tank-fermented in stainless steel at 15°C with aromatic yeast; 15% (all Sauvignon Blanc) whole berry pressed and barrel-fermented (30% new oak, equivalent to 5% in final blend)

• Maturation: Short maturation before blending and bottling under screw cap
