About This Wine

A vibrant and approachable Margaret River red blend, led by Cabernet Sauvignon with support from Shiraz and Merlot. This wine combines ripe, plush fruit with savoury regional notes, creating a well-balanced and persistent finish.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep red with ruby hues.

Nose: Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, blueberry, and dark plum, layered with bay leaf, licorice, subtle spice, and toasty oak.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with generous forest fruit, cassis, and chocolate flavours. Supple, ripe tannins support the fleshy fruit, while savoury hints of bay, black olive, and licorice add regional character. Persistent fruit finish with excellent balance.

Technical Details

• Fermentation: Crushed and destemmed fruit fermented in rotary and static fermenters at 26°C for 5–7 days. A portion underwent extended maceration on skins before gentle pressing.

• Maturation: 14 months in French oak barriques (20% new)
