About This Wine

From the Eureka Vineyard in Woodside, planted on an old gold mine and facing east, this Gamay comes from three co-planted clones. 100% whole bunch fermented in a single ferment, it strikes a balance between textured strawberry compote and high-energy freshness. As the last fruit picked each year, the young vineyard has already survived bushfires and shows enormous promise as a standout site in the Adelaide Hills.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Bright ruby red.

Nose: Aromas of ripe strawberries, fresh red cherries, and subtle floral lift.

Palate: A vibrant interplay of juicy red fruits and refreshing acidity. Textured and energetic, with fine tannins and a clean, lingering finish.
