About This Wine

A Rhone-style blend crafted by Giles Cooke MW and Fergan Tynan MW of Wild & Wilder. Sourced from vineyards with over 160 years of history in Langhorne Creek and Riverland, the fruit is handpicked and naturally fermented. Matured for four months in older French oak, this wine delivers both vibrancy and approachability.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Dark cherry red with brighter edges.

Nose: Juicy red berries, strawberries, raspberries, and florals, with hints of red jellybeans, mocha, clove spice, and cured meats.

Palate: Soft and appealing, with silky yet slightly sandy Grenache tannins. Oak influence is minimal, allowing the ripe plum, spice, and warm earth notes to shine. Balanced and easy-drinking in a youthful “joven” style, with decent length and a lingering finish.
