Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep ruby with purple hues.

Nose: Flinty smokiness layered over game meat, black pepper, violet, dark cherry, and alpine herbs.

Palate: Crisp and lithe in texture, with cinching tannins and vibrant red cherry fruit. White pepper and refreshing herbal lift bring energy and drive. Subtle twiggy notes, dried herbs, and undergrowth add complexity, while oak use is minimal and perfectly integrated. Italianate in feel yet distinctly Syrah in character.
