About This Wine

From Yangarra in McLaren Vale. Fermented in a 900L ceramic egg, with approximately one-third of a day on skins before transfer to large-format oak. A rich and textural white wine with a slippery mouthfeel, yet driven by refreshing energy and vitality.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale gold with a subtle green hue.

Nose: Preserved lemon, light honeycomb, sugared almond, and hints of shortbread. Notes of sourdough-like savouriness and biscuity complexity add depth.

Palate: Rich and unctuous with generous flavour spread. Balances weight and texture with freshness, carrying through to a long and driven finish. Displays both generosity and precision.
