This wine balances juiciness, spice, and minerality, with an energetic structure and fine grip, sitting right on the cusp of ripeness yet brimming with vitality.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Bright red with a lively hue.

Nose: Aromas of raspberry, cherry, and a medley of herbs. Whole bunch fermentation brings bunchy spice, alongside almond paste and floral notes.

Palate: Juicy red fruits and spice lead the way, supported by powdery tannin grip. Hints of sweet-sour whole-bunch character, pomegranate tang, and a fine, bright finish of notable length. Subtle mineral tones and a whisper of amaro-like bitterness linger on the aftertaste. The wine grows in cohesion and complexity with time in the glass.
