About This Wine

A vibrant vin de soif made from Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Riesling grown on Moutere Clay and Gravel soils. A small portion underwent carbonic maceration, while the rest spent 5–12 days on skins with around 10% whole clusters. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it’s bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.

ピノ・ノワール、メルロー、リースリングをモーテルクレイとグラベルの土壌で育てたブドウから造られた、活気あふれる「ヴァン・ド・ソワフ」。一部はカルボニック・マセラシオンを行い、残りはおよそ5〜12日間果皮とともに醸され、約10%の全房を使用。ステンレスタンクで発酵・熟成され、無清澄・無濾過・酸化防止剤無添加で瓶詰めされています。

Tasting Notes

Cloudy garnet color with aromas of pepper, green herbs, slate, and red cherries—both fresh and pickled. The palate is crisp and energetic, showing juicy Pinot Noir fruit, sleek spice, and bright acidity leading to a long, mouthwatering finish. Exceptionally drinkable and full of character.

濁りのあるガーネット色。胡椒、グリーンハーブ、スレート、フレッシュおよびピクルスのような赤いチェリーの香り。口当たりはクリスプで生き生きとしており、ピノ・ノワール由来のジューシーな果実味とスパイス感、そして明るい酸が長く魅力的な余韻へと導きます。飲み心地は抜群で、個性豊かなワインです。
