About This Wine

Sourced from old vines in the Blewitt Springs sub-region of McLaren Vale. 35% whole bunch fermented, with 50% matured in egg-shaped concrete tanks and the remainder in French oak (10% new). The transparent deep crimson hue reflects the age and pedigree of the vineyard.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Clear, deep crimson.

• Nose: Aromas of cherry, strawberry, mint, menthol, and orange peel, with subtle spice and herbal notes.

• Palate: Medium-bodied with juicy red fruits, herbal lift, and supple tannins. Balanced oak influence adds depth without overt sweetness.

• Finish: Fine length with a lingering spicy perfume and vibrant freshness.
