Sourced from old-vine parcels in the Seaview district of McLaren Vale, this single-vineyard Grenache captures both fragrance and structure. Whole bunch fermentation (50%) enhances aromatic lift and tannin finesse. The result is a sleekly layered red with both charm and complexity.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Bright ruby-red with purple edges.

• Nose: Poached strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and blood orange, alongside floral and earthy tones, hazelnut, and a ferrous mineral note.

• Palate: Fine, silky tannins frame fresh red berry fruit, subtle chocolate, and ironstone. Slightly restrained mid-palate fruit, but driven by earthy, mineral, and savoury elements for a distinctive profile.

• Finish: Long, detailed, and fresh.
