About This Wine

Sourced from the Crayères Vineyard in Wrattonbully, this Sauvignon Blanc showcases Terre à Terre’s commitment to structured, site-driven wines. Grapes are hand-picked and tank-fermented before being transferred to large French foudres and demi-muids (25% new) at low temperature. The wine matures for seven months on lees in both tank and oak prior to blending and bottling.

Tasting Notes

Opens with grassy and gently herbal aromatics, followed by a palate brimming with concentrated citrus and tropical fruit. The texture is firm and structural, with a savory, reedy edge and a long, umami-rich finish.
