Sourced from the limestone-rich soils of the Crayères Vineyard in Wrattonbully, this blend captures the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, the spice and plushness of Shiraz, and a subtle lift from a dash of Cabernet Franc. The cool climate and meticulous vineyard management deliver a wine built for both structure and longevity.

Tasting Notes

Deep red with a purple tint. The bouquet opens with walnut-scented oak, dry spice, and savoury, non-fruity tones, revealing hints of angelica and gentle florals. The palate is very full-bodied and tightly wound, with firm, powdery tannins and a strong grip that speaks to its ageing potential. Linear and compact in style, it offers length and focus rather than immediate opulence, promising complexity with cellaring.
