An intense, highly aromatic Shiraz from Stella Bella, showcasing both power and elegance. Crafted from hand-picked fruit with 10% whole bunches, matured for 14 months in French and Hungarian oak (20% new), this wine reflects Margaret River’s ability to produce richly fruited yet finely structured Shiraz.

Tasting Notes

Deep purple with garnet highlights. Aromas of florals, baking spices, licorice, and a subtle cedar lift. The palate is packed with dark fruit, layered with silky yet slightly grippy tannins, giving structure and texture. Succulent acidity keeps the wine fresh, leading to a long, complete finish. With air, notes of peppercorn and clove emerge alongside earthy complexity.
