From vines planted in 1977, this single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the elegance and structure of Margaret River’s best reds. Hand-picked and matured in oak (27% new), it offers both immediate appeal and the ability to age gracefully through 2030.

Tasting Notes

Rich aromas of raspberry, plum, and milk chocolate, layered with subtle vanilla. The palate is soft and supple, filled with ripe cherry and strawberry, supported by juicy tannins that give a gentle grip. Medium-bodied with depth, balance, and a savoury, lingering finish. Hints of blackcurrant, leaf, and well-integrated oak add complexity.

Serving Suggestions

Serve at 16–18°C. Excellent with roasted lamb, beef dishes, or mature cheeses.
