About This Wine

Sourced from the Brown Brooke Estate, located on depleted clay loam at the edge of the valley floor in Coldstream. Grapes were hand-harvested, pressed immediately into tank, and chilled for 48 hours. Fermentation occurred naturally, followed by full malolactic conversion. The wine matured on gross lees in tank for 11 months without racking.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw in color with a classic varietal nose of passionfruit and subtle malo influence. The textured palate reveals passionfruit, kiwi fruit, gooseberry, fresh herbs, and hazelnut, all supported by juicy acidity on the finish.
