About This Wine

Sourced from the Syme on Yarra Vineyard in Gruyere, a site with a history dating back to the original Killara Station. The vineyard follows the principles of biological agriculture, using compost teas and natural soil conditioners to promote healthy microflora and strong, disease-resistant vines. Over the past decade, it has earned a reputation for producing high-quality fruit.

Tasting Notes

Cranberry, cherry, and raspberry lead the aromatic profile, supported by flavors of anise, pomegranate, and earthy undertones. Fresh, vibrant, and pure-fruited, with a balanced and elegant palate.
