Tasting Notes

Very pale straw yellow in color. Aromas of bruised pear and subtle cumin spice lead to a palate of ripe pear, honey, and yellow spice, with a creamy texture. Balanced acidity and gentle phenolics flow into a mostly dry, medium-length finish. Fresh kiwifruit and white peach hints add lift and brightness.
