About This Wine

Made from vines planted in 1981, this Chardonnay reflects the unique character of the Yarra Junction sub-region. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and crushed before pressing. The wine undergoes barrel fermentation and matures for nine months, building complexity and texture.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of apple and savory dried herbs, with subtle lemon and lime notes. The palate offers fresh green apple, almost silky textures, and a touch of flint. Concentrated yet poised, showing excellent balance and the potential for graceful aging.
