Sourced from the Hoddles Creek sub-region in the Yarra Valley, this Chardonnay captures the cool, mineral-driven profile of the site while retaining intensity and depth of flavour. It is often described as the salty, savoury member of the Mac Forbes Chardonnay family.

Tasting Notes

Cool and inviting aromas of pear, green apple, and lime, accented with hints of citrus zest and a distinct mineral edge. Medium-bodied, with fine, steely acidity and a tight, elegant finish. The flavour profile includes subtle white peach, wet limestone, and a savoury chalky phenolic texture, giving both structure and complexity.
