About This Wine

Born from the friendly yet fiery debate between Mac and Hannah over how best to honour the world’s greatest grape, EB68 is unlike any other Riesling in the Mac Forbes line-up.

Sourced from all three picks at the Caveat vineyard, the grapes are whole-bunch pressed, then fermented and matured on full press solids in concrete. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and unapologetically rebellious.

Tasting Notes

Pale in colour — a nod to Hannah’s preferred Riesling style — this wine bursts with lively aromas of green apple sherbet, lime peel, oyster shell, peach, and jasmine.

The palate is electric and crunchy, with clean, high acidity leading to a dry, chalky finish. Light in body and alcohol, it offers flavours of green apple, green mango, lime curd, and a savoury, saline edge.
