In most years, Mac Forbes’ part-time winery crew is given the freedom to make their own wine without direction. In 2019, the only grape available to them was Sauvignon Blanc. To everyone’s surprise, they created a wine worth remembering—fresh, lively, and full of character, showcasing the skill and creativity of the team.
