Tasting Notes

A refined and intricate style of Sauvignon Blanc, where airy floral aromas intertwine with grapefruit, ripe apple, and sweet herbs. The dry palate carries a fine phenolic grip, lending chalky texture and restraint to the otherwise fragrant, complex flavours. While already approachable, it has the depth to reward 1–2 years of cellaring for added complexity.

• Vineyards: Lower Wairau, Awatere Valley, Southern Valleys

• Cool fermentation to retain aromatics and purity.

• Minimal intervention to highlight terroir expression.
