Aromatic and refined, showing youthful floral notes and gentle white peach on the nose. The palate is elegant yet intense, building from ripe apple through sweet herbs to a deeper savoury tomato and white pepper complexity. The finish is off-dry, sleek, and polished, with a pinot gris-like roundness and silky texture. Approachable now, but will soften and reveal more character over the next year.
