Tasting Notes

A wild orange-amber natural wine that radiates warmth and texture. Aromas of mandarin, mango, citrus blossom, ginger, and honey lift from the glass. On the palate, it’s bright and zesty with a crisp acidity, savoury saline notes, gentle tannin grip, and the pleasant savouriness of lees. Smooth, approachable, and utterly charming.

Winemaking

• Vineyards: Mt Jagged Vineyard (Fleurieu), Amadio Vineyard (Kersbrook, Adelaide Hills), Tomich Vineyard (Woodside, Adelaide Hills)

• Picked in the morning, skin-fermented for texture, basket- and bag-pressed, aged in a combination of old barrels and stainless steel.

• Bottled with minimal intervention.

Style & Occasion

A sunshine-filled skin-contact white for adventurous palates. Ideal with spiced seafood, autumn vegetable dishes, or as a conversation starter at the table.
