Tasting Notes

This Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon bursts with the region’s signature mint and cocoa aromas. The palate reveals stalky yet supple fruit, abundant flavour, and a sappy character framed by firm, drying tannins. The wine is wild fermented and matured for 18 months in a mix of American and French oak (30% new).

At present, the wine shows a slightly disjointed structure, suggesting it will benefit from short-term cellaring to integrate fully.
