Pepper spice emerges in the long finish, supported by firm yet fine tannins.

Style & Drinking Window

A plush, rich, yet fresh cool-climate Shiraz with a supple flow and well-measured structure. Notes of plum, cedar, and spice add depth and warmth. Best enjoyed 2020–2025, but drinking beautifully now alongside grilled lamb, charcuterie, or roasted vegetables.
