Tasting Notes

From Australia’s highest wine-growing region, with vineyards at elevations between 600m and 1,100m above sea level. The cool climate, high altitude, and abundant sunshine produce Rieslings with intense aromatics, elegance, and concentrated flavour.

This wine is frisky and vibrant, with very high acidity and a dry, long finish. Aromas show a hint of toast and a touch of kerosene, while the palate delivers rich, deep flavours balanced by a slight bitterness from phenolics. Excellent as a food wine.

Style & Pairing

A classic cool-climate Riesling with ageing potential. Pairs well with fresh oysters, sushi, or lemon-herb roast chicken.
