Bright, lifted acidity follows an aromatic floral bouquet, leading into flavours of apple and lime juice. The palate is long and balanced, with a fine acid line carrying through the finish. Hand-picked fruit, carefully selected yeasts, and three months fermentation on lees contribute to complexity and texture. Clones GM8, G198 & i10V14.
