The wine that launched Ghost Rock’s Supernatural range. Born out of necessity when winery space was tight, an eclectic skin-ferment blend was created — and the crew loved it so much it became a tradition.

The 2022 is Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris with a “seasoning” of skin-fermented white grapes, aged in older oak. Expect a juicy, hazy, bright, and fresh profile: red cherry, stone fruits, sweet spice, touches of alpine herbs, and nougat. The palate is crisp and crunchy, with Pinot Noir depth adding weight. Finishes long, fresh, and amaro-like, with pleasing tang and fine bitterness. Rated: 92 Points.
