From Ghost Rock’s Cellar Rat project — a wine crafted annually by an emerging winemaker to leave their mark. The 2022 Psycho was created from 100% Gewürztraminer, with a mix of direct press and short skin contact for texture.

Highly aromatic yet unexpectedly restrained on the lychee, leaning instead toward peach, green watermelon rind, and gentle floral notes. On the palate, it offers savoury layers, a touch of nutty complexity, hints of sourdough, then a lift of lychee and apricot on the finish. A textural, intriguing expression of the variety.
