Crafted from Porongurup Pinot Noir, with a portion fermented as whole bunches via extended carbonic maceration, and the rest as hand-destemmed whole berries. The fruit was gently hand-rubbed over several days—family members of all generations lending a hand—before ageing in seasoned French oak.

• Appearance: Bright ruby with a translucent edge

• Aromas: Red cherry, wild strawberry, gentle spice

• Palate: Delicate yet textural, leaning towards a savoury, spice-driven style with the signature lift and vibrancy of Porongurup fruit.
