From the renowned Swinney Vineyard in Frankland River. Hand-picked whole bunches underwent four weeks of carbonic maceration, followed by foot-stomping and gentle pressing into seasoned barrels for 18 months’ maturation.
This is no wallflower—rich, earthy, and bursting with character.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Deep ruby-purple.

• Nose: Spiced plum, blueberry, and a hint of Beaujolais-style funk.

• Palate: Earthy and punchy, with vibrant fruit, fine tannins, and a lively energy that “dances” in the glass.

• Finish: Long, savoury, and lightly spiced.
