The 2024 Polish Hill River Riesling is talcy, layered and detailed, with phenolic grip and shape that forms the pathways for the acid and flavor to flow. Winemaking & Style

Fruit was destemmed, crushed, and pressed. The juice was settled and fermented with selected yeasts until dry. Following fermentation, the wine was clarified and bottled.

A bright, expressive Riesling that balances vibrancy and elegance—crafted for both immediate enjoyment and graceful aging.

Tasting Notes

Light bright yellow in color with a haunting bouquet of dried wildflowers, lime leaf, lemon pith, and touches of jasmine and tropical flowers. On the palate, it's bright and tangy, featuring a light body and gentle texture, supported by vibrant acidity. Excellent aging potential.
