Winemaking & Style

Harvested in the cool of the morning, the fruit was destemmed, crushed, and gently pressed. Only the free-run juice was used, which was carefully fractioned, settled, and fermented at cool temperatures to complete dryness.

This is a precise, acid-driven Riesling crafted for both early enjoyment and long-term cellaring. A classic expression with structure and finesse.

Tasting Notes

High-toned aromas of lemon verbena, candle wax, lime juice, and assorted citrus leap from the glass. The palate is defined by swingeing acidity—challenging, bracing, and built for pairing with food. Steely and tightly structured, this Riesling will reward those with patience.
