Winemaking

Grapes were destemmed, with 50% of berries crushed.

• 40% of the fruit was macerated for 24 days, then pressed into concrete for maturation.

• The remaining 60% was macerated for 54 days before being pressed into large-format oak for aging.

Tasting Notes

Stylistically leans more toward Syrah: brambly, spicy, and layered.
Finishes with classic Shiraz boldness and structure.
Expect layers of exotic spice, ripe red and dark fruit, and a firm yet elegant texture.
