Winemaking

Sourced from a 2-acre block of 80-year-old vines planted on grey sandy loam.
Grapes were hand-picked, destemmed, and crushed.
Fermentation and maceration lasted over 100 days.
The wine was then pressed to barrel for malolactic fermentation and maturation.
