Some carbonic maceration is likely used, giving the wine bright, clean, and fresh fruit flavors. Soft and light-bodied, with careful sourcing of grapes from excellent vineyards.

Tasting Notes

Deepish red/purple colour, very fresh and youthful, with herbal and cherry bubblegum aromas. Soft, light palate with bright, clean macerated fruit flavors. Tannins are slightly edgy. Aromas of cherry and rose petals, red fruit and raspberry characters on the palate, with a lift of spice. A classy, high-value Pinot Noir.
